The top 4 Asian horror movies!

Hi guys!
I know that I haven't posted antyhing for a long time and I know that I promised you surprise connected with music giants Led Zeppelin but because of lots of work and different responisbilities I wasn't able to create a decent note which would satisfy me and, furthermore, today's Halloween! So I couldn't help myself from recommending some content for this special event.
In Poland some people celebrate it, some think that it's not a polish holiday and it's satanic thing and so on and so forth, but in my opinion, it's a nice oportunity to spend time with friends in kinda different way or... get a scare!
What gives us the creeps and keep us awake? Horror movies!
And which horror movies are the best? Asian horror movies!
That's why I prepared a special list of horror movies which we all know because of theirs Hollywood's versions but actually made in Japan or Tahiland! Let's get frightened!

#4 Chakushin ari - One Missed Call
Made in the 2003 in Japan horror movie directed by Takashi Miike, starring among others Kou Shibasaki, Shin'ichi Tsuntsumi, Kazue Fukiishi. Remaked in the 2008 by Eric Valette.
Group of friends get weird messages on their mobile phones - it's a voicemail from theirs own numbers recorded in the future. In this message they hear their lasts words before the death. Yumi, played by Shibasaki, while trying avoiding the death come across an incredible story.
Just like the others Japanese horrors this one is thiliing and taking out the breath but actually, sometimes predictible and even boring. However, in my opinion, still it's quite a good and scary film with an interesting and surprising ending.

#3 Shutter
Shutter is a Thai horror made by Banjong Pisanthanakun in 2004. On the screen apear for example Ananda Everingham and Natthaweeranuch Thongee.
After a party a photographer Tun (Everingam) and his girlfriend Jane (Thongee) take part in the car accident in which they knock down a woman. They run away from the crime scene. Some time later, Tun noticies a white shadow on his photos and his friends start to die in the strange circumstances.
That one really kept me in suspense. It's worth spending some time to discover this incovenient truth in the end of the movie, I didn't expect this kind of explanation of all those deaths.

#2 Ju-on - The Grudge
In 2002 Takashi Shimizu created a movie that became one of the most recognisable Japanese horrors ever made. With actors like Megumi Okina or Misaki Ito, Jo-on developed into a legend of horror films.
The action takes place in a haunted house, where years ago Takeo Saeki murdered his wife and probably also theirs son Toshio. These crime has created a curse that kills everyone who steps into the house. One day to this place gets Rika Nishina (played by Okina) who starts a voluntary job caring for house's new-resident Sachie where she notices a young boy looking like Toshio. After that a lot of strange things happens.
This one is a classic horror movie. Problably everyone has heard about the original or remaked version. The Grudge thrills with a Toshio character who occurs and disappears surprisingly, hair-raising music and fear who will die next.

#1 Ringu - The Ring
This really epic horror movie was created by Hideo Nakata in Japan in 1998. The main roles was played by Nanako Matushima, Hiroyuki Sanada and Rikiya Otaka.
Story of the video tape that kills everybody who saw it after seven days knows everyone because of its very famous remake from 2002 made by Verbinski with music made by Hans Zimmer himself and I won't be writing all of the details of the story plot. All I want to say is that, in my humble opinion, the Japanese original is much more scarier than this more popular version. Ringu really hept me awake and I was scared coming back home alone in the late evening for a several days after I watched it. The climate is so intense you can barely feel it. You stop breathing but you can't wait to found out what's the reason of unexplained deaths.
