Top 4 healthy gluten-free recipes!

Hello everyone! After long break, I came back. Very often I give you suggestions about some good movies or music but today I touch completly different topic because it's about food and four my favourite healthy meals that you can prepare very fast and what is more they are very simple but delicious! Let's get started!

#4 Banana and egg pancake


It's so simple but so good. All you need is barely banana and egg, you mix it up with blender and then you put the dough if I can use this word on some hot oil. Fry it on the both sides and here you have deliciuos, fast pancake perfect for breakfast or brunch. You can add some jam if you need to.

#3 Gluten-free banana cake


This recipe is a little bit more complicated but it's worth the work. You will need:
-3 ot 4 bananas
-1/3 glass of vegetable oil
-1 egg
-1 spoon of stevia
-1 little spoon of honey
-1 little spoon of baking soda
-pinch of salt
-1,5 glass of coconut flour
Mix banans using blender, then add egg and oil. In the other bowl, put flour, add salt, stevia, honey and soda. Mix the contents of two bowls together and pour the dough out into a little cake tin. Bake for 50-60 minutes in 180 degrees. After baking, you can pour the cake with some chocolate.

#2 Date choclate


Oh this one is one of my favourites. It's healthier and, in my opinion, tastier version of Nutella :)
To make this goodie, you will need:
-100 g of dates
-3 spoons of milk (you can use every kind of milk you like: coconut, soya or the normal milk from cow)
-3 spoons of cocoa
-a pinch of salt
-some water
Put dates in a bowl and then pour water over the dates. Leave for 4 or 5 hours. After this time, pour the rest of water, smash dates with a fork and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix them up. now you can eat it with some bread or waffles.

#1 Chia dessert


I love this because you can eat a delicious dessert for a breakfast. Here we have the indredients:
-100 ml of milk (every kind of milk you like)
-3 spoons of chia seeds
-1 spoon of honey
-1/2 little spoon of vanilla sugar
-some fruit or jam you like
Pour milk inot the jar, add seeds, honey and sugar and mix everything up. Leave it for about 6 hours in the fridge but remember to shake it from time to time. After this you can add the ingredients you like and you have an amazing and delicious breakfast! Enjoy your meal!

  1. Wow, these recipes don't seem to be that hard to do and ingredients are easily accesible, so I think I'll use your recipes in future :)
